Service procedure has definitely improved. Individual service personnel have always and continue to be very polite and helpful.

I believe that the services I needed rendered should not have taken over two hours to perform (front brake pads replacement and a rear tire replacement). Also when I was finally done, no one brought my vehicle up front as this was done for other clients. I assumed the service advisor requested my vehicle; however he did not. A porter asked for my paperwork after he noticed me standing outside for at least ten minutes. The young lady who greets clients in the lounge is always very kind. I was asked to give a stellar survey but recieved poor service. I felt like more of a bother to the staff than a client.

It's been great since we bought our 2009 Elantra. We have a 2014 Elantra and every time we go in for service, the staff is very friendly, courteous and efficient. Charlie with her effervescent personality is a great addition to the crew. Thank you for caring about your customers.
