Good sales guy but I would recommend so.eone meet tge customer when they enter dealership. I almost left because no one came to help me. As my daughters and I was leaving a guy named John stopped and helped us. He went and got a sales rep for me. After that everything went well.

My experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai took a little time for me to be sure that I wanted to be there in the first place. Because I asked for my niece's salesman and I was handed off to another one because the one that I wanted was busy with a previous customer . I did in fact buy 2017 Santa Fe Sport and the staff was helpful and the service department was very nice!
