It took 20 minutes for me to get my car back from service after checkout during a period that was not overly crowded. I spoke with Joe Lyons about it. To be clear, Carlton provided excellent service for me, but the end process did not go smoothly.

I have 2012 Hyundai Sonata, and I made an appointment for the 60k mile service. Everything went perfectly. I got a loaner car, and my car was returned to me with new parts as required and and washed and vacuumed in a timely manner. Everyone in the service department is so nice and helpful.
