The engine on my Santa Fe had been seriously damage due to overheating. Hyundai stood behind their 100,000 mile power train warranty and replaced all the cylinder heads. Worked with Michael Ennis to manage the extensive repairs, and he was great! He was professional and gave me a lot of confidence that Jim Ellis and Hyundai would get my Santa Fe back to being the smooth running vehicle that it had been and I have come to expect. He was right. The process took several weeks and you were able to put me in an Enterprise rental while the work to minimize disruptions to my lifestyle. I'm a big fan of Jim Ellis Hyundai. I bought the Santa Fe there and no one else but Jim Ellis has ever touched it for maintenance and repairs. This time, though, you guys went above and beyond. Thank you. Jip Inglis

the service maintenance to my car has always been done at Jim Ellis and consistently rates a 9-10star for the experience~ however -yesterday, my service advisor: MICHAEL ENNIS exceeded all levels on the chart! Mike explained so thoroughly exactly what the 60K and 75K services are and how percisely it pertains to my vehicle and where my level of maintenance 'is' v/s where it should be / I am so impressed by Mike's professionalism and ability to explain to me what is going on with my sonata - I have the utmost confidence Jim Ellis is the right choice / Mike gets 10 GOLD level STARS / Mitch gets 10 Silver stars / the staff there is incredible - but I promise MIKE ENNIS made my experience FANTASTIC *keeping me Always a Loyal & Happy customer :-)
