Very great service experience. Bruce was extremely helpful, and Mitch was courteous when giving me a ride to and from work. My son's car was repaired in a timely manner.

I worked with Marty Adelman and it was a very easy experience. I did not feel rushed or pressured and felt I was able to review multiple cars and make my own decision. Marty had even listened to my original thoughts about what kind of car I was looking for and had a few for me to view when I got to the dealership. I have recommended him and Jim Ellis Hyumdai to everyone I know looking to purchase a car.

Too long and false info

I came in for an oil change. The only reason I could not give you a "10" was because when I left the service dept. after the oil change..........................I drove about 1/8th of a mile and had to return the car to the service dept because the mirror on the passenger side was bent back flat against the passenger door.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Estimated wait time is usually pretty close. I live about 85 miles from dealership. Don't have any family or friends close or I would be more likely recommend.

The service team was very pleasant and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
