This is my second Sonata. The trunk latch broke and I couldn't close my trunk. I was very disappointed that I had to pay $250+ to fix this. No matter how good the service was I left feeling very bad and questioned why I went to the dealer. I also got an oil change and tire rotation which I would not have done if I'd known about the trunk latch.

Staff is super friendly and very willing to help. Finished my appointment much quicker than expected.
