A.G was professional and very helpful. The young lady at the service counter where I paid was also very courteous. Mitch as always is a Rock star. My issue with Jim Ellis is always the little things. The oil change sticker they placed in the windshield looked like the printer was out of ink because it was illegible. They also didn't bother to remove the prior one. It's the small things you guys need to get right.

As always, the staff was friendly, attentive, professional and delight to work with. My Genesis was taken back right on time with all of the requested work done. Excellent job.

2015 Sonata Eco...Eddie King did a great service for me. My appointment was a week later, but with all the road traveling I do, I needed an overdue oil change and he got me in. Plus, good recommendation for new tires as Ihad 79K on the originals. thanks

One again, Danon Hinton hit it out of the park. As a service provider myself, I have found that it is really about comfort and trust of the service provider you select to handle what is probably the second largest single purchase a person will make - his or her car. I am extremely pleased with the way I have been treated at Jim Ellis Hyundai and continue to recommend your company not only for service but also for new and used car purchases. I have referred several clients and friends to the dealership for the "overall package" you deliver.

It is very difficult to get an appointment for service. Twice in the past month I have called with urgent issues and was told I couldn't get in for weeks. I had no choice but to go elsewhere for service. My last visit was for an oil change that I scheduled 2 weeks out.

I was surprise that they did repairs on my car very quickly after contacting the Warranty Co. for Authorization. Another GREAT thing was that they convince to get the PLATINUM coverage on my car when I first bought it, Thank GOD for that. IT IS WELL WORTH IT!
