I bought my 2013 Elantra in for an oil change and tire rotation and was advised that it would be ready in approximately 90 minutes, and they finished almost exactly within that projected time. Christopher Conway in the Service Department was extremely courteous and professional, as well as everyone else at the dealership. The service waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

it went as I expected

I didn't see till afterwards that there was a charge of about $7 that i don't believe I should have been charged for. It was for a part that he was going to overnight order but I hadn't told him to do it yet and then when I told him that we were going to wait and he said he would cancel the order. The battery turned out less than i thought so when I was charged I didn't think the price was way off but then when I looked through I saw that charge and I think that was wrong of him to add because I never told him to put the order, he said he was just going to check if it could be done. While it wasn't a huge amount I'm not looking for anything from it but I feel like I have yet to ever take my car here where there wasn't at least one error with service or charging. Next time no matter how busy it is I will go through each line with a fine tooth comb and give myself the extra time to be there since I know I cannot trust your employees to do it right the first time.

The serice department was busy. The service staff sèem overwhelm in dealing with all of the customers waiting. To a customer this can be a little concerning when you are leaving your car for service.

Bruce did a great job, as always, in getting me in and out efficiently.
