I love the guys in the service department, but I think they overbook. I have to wait hours everytime I go. My last three oil changes have taken THREE hours. That is rediculous when you have an appointment. Waiting with kids is impossible. I think you need to do something with your scheduling so customers don't have to wait so long, especially for routine maintenance.

2017 Sonata Sport. We starred online then came into the showroom. The car was cleaned and ready to test drive. Our questions were answered and paperwork completed. Since all of this was not completed until later then we had planned we did not go through some of the set up processes but were invited to return to complete this at our convenience.

All was excellent.
