1. I have new tires, including balance/rotation from different supplier. I never mentioned brakes. However, service advisor stated I declined brake inspection. I was not aware I had done so, and now I need to make another trip to have my brakes checked. 2. While there, a different customer questioned oil change as no sticker on window. Guess what....no sticker on my window either. So.........was my oil really changed?
