I was not satisfied with Water service which was not done , but overall service was good

Service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Didn't take long for my oil change

I enjoy the dealership but they definitely need to expand both the ability to park and the service waiting area. It was hard to find a spot to sit the other day.

I was disappointed with two things that happened at my appointment. 1. I had a headlight that was out and no one checked that or replaced it. I had to replace it myself later. 2. I had to call to find out if my car was finished. When I called I couldn't get in touch with a human and had to leave a message.

My experience from start to finish was Awesome that's why I come to this location. The staff is great and very accommodating to your individual needs. I had to get a rental this time and even that process was smooth so I recommend this Location highly to my friends and family! Danon was very helpful even with other customers going above and beyond! Thank you!

Mike was wonderful. Listened to our input, was careful to explain what we needed and why and helped us get the work done in time for my son to take this car back to college. He also communicated updates in a timely manner.

Mike is the best! I've been coming to you for service for 9 years, and he always remembers me and treats me well. When something unexpected comes up (on this visit, my car battery was getting low, and I had no idea!), he always informs me, gives me the honest and pertinent information, so that I can decide how I want to proceed. I really appreciate the honesty and comfort in knowing that I can trust him to take good care of me and my car!

Service was satisfactory

I immediately was recommended to use the courtisy car to take me home while I waited for Brake replacement due to I had no appointment. I had no issues at all.

Wait was a little long, but service was excellent.
