Excellent and the best dealership. Daimien Solomon was very helpful. The process was very quick and the salesman was very responsive. They were great, patient and were able to help me with my case. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

We were told the service would take 2 hours and it took almost 4. That is a long time to sit and wait! I was told the car was ready and would be out in 5 minutes, so I stood at the door beside the service reps waiting. After 10 minutes someone came in and told me it was just coming out of the service stall and would be out in 5 minutes after they washed it. I stood there a total of 20 minutes waiting for my car. They should have told me to go sit down and they would come get me when it was ready. The service rep told me it took so long because he had to check it and drive it 3 times to get the power steering adjusted. Since the mileage in and out were the same, I'm assuming he didn't really drive it. I did appreciate the doughnut and hot chocolate and was thankful they washed the car for free.

Everyone is very friendly, and the waiting room is convenient. My only complaint is that it takes way too long for an oil change, even with a reservation. If they weren't free for me, I would go somewhere else.
