The inside was not vacuum like he said it was, it was said it was cleaned inside and out, the staff was very friendly, but I was told it was cleaned and been there 2 hours you would think I would not have had to go back in and ask why the inside was dirty after telling me it was fine

Overall good but every time you guys keep saying something is wrong with my battery. Have had it checked elsewhere and they find it to be fine. Makes me question the integrity of the inspection.

My appointment was at 1:30 PM. i arrived at 1: 00 PM. I was to get a new wheel rim installed. I received my car back at 3:00 PM Is 90 minutes how long for this installation to take. Second when I called to make the appointment and asked what the cost would be I was told $409 for the rim and $25 to mount the tire. When It came to pay the rim was $457.09. I recognize that tax is included but do not understand $48.09. I was also charged $37.25.for the mounting What is the $12.25 for? I would like to Know what these charges covered

Had 4 wheel alignment done. Left front wheel showed out of alignment. After alignment it was still out of alignment per the alignment sheet i was given. Both the before and after numbers were red, indicating the wheel was out of alignment. I will have to take it to another dealer.
