I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and I love it! Joseph Harmer was great! He was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a Hyundai.

As usual good friendly service without the hassle of having to listen to any "up-sell" diatribe. I also appreciated the fact that Mike Ennis, pretty sure that was my service adviser, was straight forward about how long it would take given they were slightly backed-up & what was an estimated time frame to research my issue. It saved me the frustration of sitting around the shop for 4 hours wasting time. As much as I would have loved to not be working, I would have been more unhappy sitting around there for that long. Plus I am sure I would have drank you all out of Diet cokes.....
