It took about a week to locate the issue with my car but once found, they were able to very quickly resolve it. From the day that my car was taken into the shop and to when I picked it up, they had me in an Enterprise rental (covered by Jim Ellis completely). I appreciated Danon's work and responsiveness to my questions/concerns. Good Job Jim Ellis Hyundai!

2013 Santa F e - 45,000 mile service Appointment was on time and seemed to proceed as expected although I was dismayed to learn that Jim Ellis no longer accepts competitors coupons. Afterward on my drive home, I noticed that they had neglected to put my new service sticker in my windshield. I was setting up having my service advisor mail it to me when I also noticed that they had also neglected to wash the car as promised. Now I'll need to drive all the way back to get these things done. Makes me wonder if they also forgot to perform some of the required maintenance. Service advisor A G was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process even calling this morning to apologize.

This was an excellent experience as the car was taken in at the time of the appointment and ready in the time frame that I was told it would be. I would suggest a better way of lining up vehicles that arrive prior to service opening. It was chaos.

My experience was excellent. They got me in and out fast and very professional. My only complaint is that they put the wrong tire caps on. I have special Carolina Panthers caps that match my car and two are missing. Why can't they put back the same ones they took off? From now on, I'll check this before I leave the service area.
