My vehicle is a Genesis, which had a recall repair. The estimated repair was an hour, which was accurate. There was no charge for the repair. Staff was very pleasant and offered to schedule my next service appointment.

Great job taking care of me in my car during a very frustrating time. I was very concerned with my newer model Alandra that I should not be having mechanical problems already. But the dealership made it right and I am very thankful they did. I am a gym mail us our advocate and supporter

My experiences are usually exceptional, as was this one. The only thing you may want to think about and let me first note my issue was resolved - is that when I came in for an oil change I had 44 miles worth of gas before empty. All they did was an oil change and my car never left the lot. When I received my car back I had NO miles until empty. It was concluded they left my car idol while in line to get my car washed before they gave it back. The amount of exhaust filling your lot leaving cars idol is unhealthily, the gas wasted while my car set idol is an abuse of a valuable resource - gas. If cars have to sit idol long enough to use 46 miles worth of gas you may want to consider the health hazard to the people in the lot indirectly smelling exhaust fumes from cars. Please consider your process and the wastefulness of resources such as gas and the fumes impacting the air quality but more so potential hazard to staff health. My car was cleaned and they did a great job on the wheels. Also they provided my car more than enough gas to get me to any gas station. Otherwise as usual I really enjoy going to this center for service.

Polite, quick oil change. Mr. Ennis was great.

Arrived for Service Appointment and was processed quickly. Donuts and coffee in waiting area was a nice touch. Used shuttle service for drop off and pickup; Mitch is an excellent driver and host. Car was ready mid afternoon, nicely washed and running well.

Door ornament misplaced during maintenance, but parts manager agreed to order a new one to replace it.
