wait time was a little Long for a scheduled service visit

My roommate was in the market for a new car and was about to get a Honda CRV. I told her about my Santa Fe and how much I love it and how wonderful my experiences at Jim Ellis have been so she went for a test drive and ended up leasing a 2016 Santa Fe. Now I have car envy (but mine's paid off so I guess I cant be too jealous).

When I checked in for my appointment, I was told it would be up to 2 hours wait time. However my car was ready for me in just 1 hour. This was fantastic. Not only was my wheel repaired, but my car was also cleaned and washed. Since I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Jim Ellis in 2009, I have always had all my service and repairs done at Jim Ellis because they care about their customers. I would go nowhere else.
