Great customer service:) But it seems like waiting time is just too long. I waited 2 hours for Oil change..

People at the front desks are friendly. Waiting area is comfortable with refreshment. Free car wash is another reason that I drive 50 miles round trip to use your services since I bought the Sonata from you in 2006.

Service advisor was friendly, helpful, and courteous. My only complaint and the reason I did not indicate a "10" was that the vehicle was returned with the tires underinflated. I brought the car in with all tires set to 35 psi cold per the owner's manual and label on the door. Jim Ellis rotatated the tires and set the rear at 32 and fronts at 34. Also, per the oil dipstick the car is a bit overfilled.
