Not being informed of our lack of ability to change from oil to tire for life program when we purchased the car we had leased, both from Jim Ellis Hyundai.

Bought our car leased from you w/o being fully informed as to our lifetime oil/tire agreement. When leased for 3 years based upon our mileage allowance the tire program made no sense, however when the purchase was made we were chained to the oil agreement. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Brought my Sonata in for full service. İ told thế technician i had a noise in the front left side of the car. Later i was informed thật i needed two times in the front of my car. İ found this to be strange because I check my vehicle often . Because of my previous outstanding service with Jim Ellis, i figured thế times could be the problem so I bought thêm. I departed thế store bút discovered i still had the same problem. Nó one road testdə my car. İ was tədbirlər money on two thresa that i did not need. Awaiting to revolver issue of which I am continents will be taken care of.

My car started losing speed on 285 and the gas pedal was to the floor and would not engage. The service center could find anything wrong. I do not feel safe in the car in fear this may occur.
