Experience was ok, the service receptionist and agent could have been more helpful with an estimation on when my car would have been serviced and giving me options for the enterprise rental car.

Received excellent service. Came early for my appointment and was checked right in with no wait time. Service needed was reviewed & agreed to before work began. Car was clean inside and out! Professional, friendly and attentive staff and service technicians.

My service advisor was professional and personable. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time, and it was very nice that the car was washed and vacuumed.

My Service Advisor, Danon Henton, responded to my slightly unreasonable request to take care of my problem as quickly as possible in an extremely efficient and polite way. Despite a backup of previously scheduled vehicles waiting in line, he took care of my issue and had me back on the road in less time than originally promised. And he did it with a smile! A very satisfying experience.

I had made an appointment at least a week in advance for my regular oil change service as well as service for a safety recall which I had been notified of. When I got my confirmation email they were two services for recalls listed. I received an email reminder the day before for all the services. When I arrived at my appointment, I was assisted by Chris. He went over the car and Services to be performed, informing me also that , according to my record on their computer, I had had one of the the recalls fixed it my prior appointment but it apparently did not show that to the person I made the appointment with. In any case, he then pointed me toward the waiting area. After approximately 20 minutes he came in and told me that they did not have the part for the recall and asked if I'd like to come back another day to do the oil change and recall. He said they had used the last one of those parts earlier this morning and wouldn't get anymore until late in the afternoon. This was unacceptable. I asked why, when I had an appointment for this service and part, they didn't set aside the part for me. He had no answer. I then asked to speak to the manager of the service department and was told he was on the phone and busy but would speak to me shortly. He never came to speak to me so I went into the lobby to see if I could find the general manager and of course he/she was unavailable. I then went back to the service area and asked if I could get the recall repair at Rick Case, since that dealer is much closer to my home. They said yes, but then one of the other appointment gentleman asked me again what model car I had and what recall was needed. I told him , and he asked me wait just a minute. (I think his name was something like Dentin) I don't know how he did it but after several minutes he came back and said he had managed to find a part and they would take care of me. When my service was completed I went out to get in my car and adjusted my mirrors etc. and started to drive off trying to turn on my air-conditioning. I discovered I had no air conditioning or fans whatsoever, so I turned around and went back into the bay to talk to service, where I was initially told it was probably a fuse and it was just coincidental that it happened as I was leaving the service bay. I told him that was highly unlikely. In the end it turned out I was right. When they took the car back and checked it out , they discovered it was some setting that they had not turned on correctly after servicing my car. It was basically a cluster ____. If I had not tried the fans/air prior to returning home, I would have had to make another trip back there.

This was the second time I had brought my vehicle in because the tire air light had come on (plus a few other things that needed attention). This trip was to get new windshield wipers and an air filter changed because they had neglected to do it before. That was very successful and I was not charged for those. Excellent! As for the tire light issue (second trip, second complaint), I was told that it was because the "weather had changed". I told them each time that I thought I had picked up a nail. One day after the service visit the tire light was on again. I took it to my neighborhood NTB and they found a piece of plastic in my tire. Patched it, out in 30 minutes, no charge.
