Overall its positive experience

The sales team allowed us to fully explore the models we were interested in. Price negotiation with easy and in some cases surprisingly accommodating. The sales staff and managers were extremely attentive - even when we wanted to go to another one of their dealerships down the road. They called the other Jim Ellis dealership in advance of our arrival.

It was fast and hassle free. I wish we did not have to wait 25 minutes for the manager to come on the end.

Went in for an oil change but turned out I needed 2 new tires and a battery. Chris was very sensitive delivering the surprise expense, and accurate with his time estimate.

I like to go to your dealership service center because the service center is clean and the staffs are nice, but it takes too much time every time. Even this time, it took for 1 hour 40 minutes only for engine oil change.
