Both Mike - whom I spoke with when Eddie was busy - and Eddie himself were kind, helpful and informative. I initially declined Premium 60k miles service, but when the technician told Eddie I really needed a transmission flush, Eddie tracked me down (I had left the dealership) and carefully explained why the technician thought I needed the extra service, but Eddie himself did not pressure me to do so. I appreciated that. Also, the service was completed within the designated time.
