My Santa Fe was in for a recall inspection. While in I had the carbon build up removed from the engine. When the car was delivered to me by the service advisor the check engine light was on. I think it is totally unacceptable to return a car to a customer with the check engine light on and no explanation. When I pointed this out to the advisor, he did a quick check and the car had to be returned to the shop for this issue. If my wife had picked the car up, she might not have noticed and that would have meant another trip back to the service department. I purchased the car at Jim Ellis and the service dept. has done all of the work on the car. To give a car back with the check engine light on is not good customer service.

Shannon Smith was our salesperson. He was well informed and did not exhibit any form of pressure. We purchased a 2015 Genesis that only had 99 miles on the odometer. Shannon addressed all of our questions. Sam Patel assisted us with our financing and got us the beat deal.

Overall experience was good. However even with an appointment we were made wait nearly an hour. Purchased a Santa Fe, the car is wonderful. The staff was helpful. Also, noticed customer personal information laying around for others to see. In addition, areas behind and under several of the desks are cluttered. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
