The staff was very friendly and helpful in ensuring my service needs were properly addressed.

Although I understand that Saturdays are probably busy, it took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me or help me as I stood inside the service department. Danon Henton, the service advisor, was friendly and I have no complaints about him. However, I had an appointment for just a routine oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours for the work to be done. I did replace the battery on the recommendation of the service staff but 2 1/2 hours seems like an excessive amount of time for routine service work.
