Mike Ennis is incredibly professional and helpful. From my perspective, the service managers are the ones that make future sales for the dealership. I have been driving vehicles from Jim Ellis Dealerships since 1998. With service levels like I get from Mike, this trend will continue.

Pretty good experience

I went in for an oil change. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! I left without having my car washed because I had to leave for an appointment. I love my car, but the service department needs help!! My car was returned dirty, with plastic on the seat and the seat all the way back. Also I was told I needed two Michelin tires on the front at a cost of $600. My tires were Dunlop, not Michelin! I was very disappointed with my experience there.
