Service Advisor was very courteous and professional.

Lawrence Pardy was terrific in notifying me of the defect that needed to be fixed on my Sante Fe Sport. He came to my office with a loaner vehicle and then delivered my vehicle back to me when the repairs were completed. The service department was very timely in completing the repairs.

The best way to describe it is "the honeymoon continues between the G-80 and I." I felt in love with the car the moment I saw it in the lot and the outstanding customer service I have received since I purchased the car has allowed for the love affair to continue and flourish. The customer service rep who came to pickup the beauty of my car (and for the life of me I cannot recall his name) was most professional and courteous. Not only he showed up the pick up the car within the time period he gave me, the kept me appraised thru out the day of the progress in having my car serviced. When he delivered the car it was spotless both inside and out. I was very impressed by that attention to detail. If there is one constructive criticism to make is the need for dealership staff to be trained on the product. Of the four times I have called since buying the car (November 16 and asked about when the car was due for service I was given 3 different answers.: 3,000, 5,000 and 6,500miles . One product one voice.

Danon went out of his way to help me. He was able to get my car in for service and gave me a loaner for the day so I could do my volunteer Meals on Wheels. He had the car ready and it is driving beautifully.
