The experience was great! Corey Barton is the best salesperson we have met. He sold two new Santa Fe Sport SUV's - one to my son and the other to me (for my wife). He responded to our internet inquiry about pricing a Santa Fe - he was the only salesperson out of several dealerships we reached out to who responded. His timely, fair price offer was what sealed the deal. We immediately went in and picked out our car and he did the rest! The entire team at Jim Ellis Hyundai was exceptional! We felt so comfortable while waiting in the dealership to finalize everything and were very impressed with the Service Department set-up as well. The service area receptionists were awesome too; very friendly and professional. Great job everyone!

Dealership staff and service technicians provide positive experience. Some advisors are less knowledgeable and not so much a people persons. Namely Debrah. Overall great place to have your car serviced.

I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe from Jim Ellis Hyundai in June 2016 and everyone was so helpful. My salesperson Bradford promised at the time of purchase that when I come back for my first oil change that he would have the small chipped paint areas fixed. Well today I came in and they did just that. I am so greatful that they kept their word and not to mention...I didn't mind waiting in those comfortable recliner chairs!! I love this place!

Sam Patel is the best! He made the process nice and easy, no pressure and stayed true to his word.
