My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off which I appreciated; however, one of my problems (when I make a call through bluetooth the other person cannot hear me, it comes through very quiet). On my report it said they checked it with an Android device and it seemed to be working fine. I have an iPhone (which I said before) and when trying it after my service it is not fixed at all. I was frustrated no one tried it with an iPhone or met me when I picked up the car to check and make sure it was fixed. Also my floormats were curling up and they said they replaced them but they still look like they're not sitting flat.

My waiting time was shorter than expected and was pleasantly surprized that they washed my car. Waiting room comfortable and has plenty of wide screen TV's. Womens magazine selection poor. Staff pleasant. I have a Santa Fe Sport SUV. They did 3,000 mile check up , and took care of the recall.
