My experience was great. The service personal was very kind and helpful. The overall staff is very nice and Pleasant. The lounge is very nice,clean and refreshing.My 2013 Hyundai Elantra was bought there for scheduled service maintenance.The service was great and very timely.

I feel like I was being taking advantage of for being inexperienced when it comes to getting my car service. The service advisor rushed me into getting the 15k service. He didn't really explains in detail about each items in the service list. All he said was I might not need to do everything in the list. I ended up doing the full service for $363. I could have change the windshield wiper myself to save some money. I don't mind paying for the full service. I just need to be walking through the process in more detail so I won't feel like I got scammed. On the flip side, customer service was excellent. Everyone was nice. I didn't have an appointment, but I ended up didn't wait as long as I expected.

Had an oil change and battery replaced. Took a little longer than expected ( was told they were short staffed ) but service was very good.

The service professional received my vehicle quickly gave me an accurate estimate of how long I would wait and follow it up with me promptly afterwards to get me out of the service center as efficiently as possible.

Customer service is great. I just don't like that they once you come back for your car once it supposedly ready they send you straight to pay with out further explanation to what the problem was to your car or what service was made to it . And I had a problem once I got my car the radio was not working it would not turn on . So I get my car back like that when they have supposedly have ckecked my car ?? This happen Monday July 17 2017 ..
