Unfortunately everyone we worked with when we purchased our Equus are no longer there so we don't have ant continuity with the dealership. Had repair done on windshield washer questionable. Would enjoy talking to svs mgr

Over promised the completion time but work was fine.

After having my new car for 1.5 months Hyundai had my car for service due to a rattling noise for 32 days. Finally got my car back and it was making the same noise. Had to take it back. Waiting to hear back from regional contact for Hyundai. Aside from this being extremely frustrating, all of the people I've dealt with at Hyundai have been pleasant.

I brought my 2010 Tucson in for routine service - oil change, tire rotation - and to have all three windshield wipers replaced. The job was done in exactly the amount of time the service rep said it would take and my car came back all shiny and clean.
