It has not been a "wow" factor. My last visit on 9/26. Oil change and tire rotation and replace side mirror glass only. Once the car came back the technician did not clean the mirror. It had so much fingerprints, smudges, "stuff on it" that I did not know what it was. Covered most of the mirror. Had to take the car back into shop to clean off. Never should of come out to me. Tech had no attention to detail. My Service person Danon was great. Not his fault but reflects on his group of guys. He did give me a discount for the mishap though. I also pass on your free car wash. That keeps me in your place another 20+ minutes.

The staff is great. The surroundings are pleasant. I get in and out fairly quickly. The clean car is a nice touch also.

Great service

I brought my 2013 Elantra in for a routine oil change. My service advisor, Christopher, was efficient and helpful. My visit took approximately 1 hour and everything looked great.

I was upset that it took WAY too long for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Was told it would take an hour and a half, which is ridiculous for just an oil change. It ended up taking closer to 2 and a half hours. Also tried to sell me tires, when I have only had this car for 10k miles. It does not need new tires.

They did an excellent job detailing my car. It looks brand new!
