2016 Sonata. My service advisor was so professional. She was great. My complaint is your auto techs leave all the "trash " of plastic covering the seat, big mirror car number still hanging and a dirty floor paper mat. I guess left up to the customer to throw away. I would like my car left the way I brought it in. Another delay to get somebody to remove. Again, not my Svc advisor but she hears about it. Thank you b

Not happy that my 6 year old car needed a new engine, but Jim Ellis made the process pretty painless. Having the rental car place right across the street, car came back earlier than expected and that was nice.
