Excellent experience, as always. Charly, Bruce and Mike make this feel like a wonderful homecoming. Resolved my concerns with my 2012 Elantra and helped me to determine when I might need additional maintenance.

Whoever rotated my tires did a poor job of checking my tire pressure. 34 in the 2 front 36 in the back left and 31 in the back right. My car was there from 10am to about 3pm. I had to drive away, make a uturn on a very busy street to come back. Charlie was right on it when I came back-she is good. She also had to get someone to bring my car around the first time I left. What upset me the most is that I am going on a 6 hour trip shortly on a busy interstate and I feel this could put me in danger. I brought this Sonata 2015 Sport for the safely features.

I did enjoy the atmosphere. It was very comfortable and user friendly. However, that doesn't negate the fact that it took a considerable amount of time to have my vehicle serviced.
