It was great. Would've been better if I hadn't had to come back a second time

When I first called to make an appointment, the person helping me was so rude, that I almost cancelled bringing my car in. However, I had to get it fixed, so kept the appointment. Once I brought my car in, Debbie was very helpful. She mentioned calling the dealership where I got my car on Monday to ask about the warranty. I am waiting to hear back on that. The lady, Charlies, who checked me out at the end was also very friendly. I am concerned with the cost however, as I feel it was excessive for two belts to be changed to be over $500. Also, I am a teacher, and think it would be wise for Hyundai to give teacher discounts, as I have many teacher friends to buy Hyundai vehicles for their reasonable price.

The staff is always professional and friendly. Saturday was a very busy day and I needed a battery-something one does not plan on. I did not have to have it jumped , but I new the next time I try to start the car it may not work and I had to be teaching a class on Monday at 7:30. So I so appreciate all the staff taking car of my car... And thus me! They all should get a raise!! A+++++++

I bought my Sonata in for an oil change and 15000 mile inspection. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.
