Joe Harmon was a great sales rep, who worked with us and helped us find exactly the right car for me and my budget. He was knowledgeable of the cars and did not push us to make a decision or settle for something I didn't like. I originally planned on purchasing an Elantra, but ended up falling in love with the 2016 Sonata Limited.

Dealership as always efficient and reliable. Enterprise not so much. A. G. Elder is a joy to work with.

I was very unhappy with the service on Saturday, September 10. I have told the service department over and over that I am the primary driver, not my mother who is on the account. I have asked over and over to have that information changed to no avail. On Saturday, I noticed that they even had my phone number put incorrect. I wrote my personal phone number on the service paper and said for anything for me to be called. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told that I owed $32 for windshield wipers and installation that I did not approve. The gentleman informed me that he had spoken to my mother and that she had approved the service. The one person who does not drive the car at all. The one person who would not know whether or not I truly needed new windshield wipers. I did not need new windshield wipers. I would not have approved that service. If I felt that I did need new windshield wipers, I would order them off Amazon for less than $15 and would not have to pay for the labor to put them on my car. However, I did not feel that new wipers were needed at this time. The gentleman then decided, while I was on the phone with my mother determining whether or not she had in fact approved service, to argue with me over whether or not I did in fact need new wipers. "We would not have said that you needed them, if in fact you did not." That is a car part that I can make the call on without your service department telling me they are needed. And had I been contacted like I instructed your service team to do, I would not have approved this service. This has left a very bad taste for your service department. Thankfully, I will be moving out of state, and I will no longer be using your service department to care for my car. But I will no longer sing your praises to my friends and family. I will let them know that your service department has terrible service. I thought very highly of Jim Ellis over the past year and a half since I bought my first Santa Fe from there, but I did not like the way that I was treated and disrespected on Saturday.
