Great service and honest

I brought my car in for an oil change and asked how long it typically takes. When the Jim Ellis representative, Christopher Conway,, learned that I would not be waiting for the car he said it normally takes 1 1/2 hours but it could be closer to 2 hours since I was not waiting. He said he would call when the car was ready. I did not receive a call until 3:30 letting me know the car was ready. I dropped my car off at 12:18pm so that's over 3 hours which is ridiculous for an oil change. I got to the dealership 5 minutes after he called and waited another 25 minutes before it was ready. He took me to the counter to pay for the oil change and then told me to wait outside - in the heat until they brought the car around. So in total it was almost 4 hours for an oil change and then I was told to wait outside until they brought the car around. I have brought my car for all oil changes for the past few years and have never experienced such poor service. And when he apologized for the wait he said there was a rush of several vehicles so it seems as though having an appointment is completely unnecessary if you're going to be penalized for not waiting at the dealership for the vehicle.

Always a good experience at Jim Ellis

As previous buyers of a Jim Ellis Hyundai we returned expecting that same courteous and helpful attention that we had experienced before. We were not disappointed and and very appreciative and satisfied that we are now driving our second Sonata.

I entered my car with a problem and they charge me for 500$ to fix and after one day the same problem happened again.
