I still have an issue with Jim Ellis loaner car experince. Enterprise is not the solution.

Charlie is such a joy to see when I bring my car and so helpful on the phone and in person. Bruce is fantastic and I am so happy with the service I received this week for my 30k service. I never thought I'd think of a car dealership having my back but Jim Ellis Hyundai does! Bruce made sure my car still looks and runs like it did when I pulled her off the lot. Mitch was also great when he took me to my office. Personal-able and so friendly and helped me carry all my stuff into my office too. Thank y'all! One of the best purchases I've ever made and so happy with my experience 3 years later!

Only thing I think could have been smoother was that I was turning in a lease and releasing. I expected it to be a single transaction but it was two separate processes and this could have been communicated better upfront. I preferred to have only info related to turning in my old car prior to buying the new one.

I appreciate the integrity and honesty in the service department.
