I didn't look at the inspection report on my car until after I got home from having it serviced. The report said that my engine air filter "required immediate attention", plus my wiper blades failed as well. No one mentioned this while I was there waiting, nor did they ask me if I wanted to take care of it. Would it not have been a good idea to let me know of these two issues while I was waiting, and ask if I wanted them taken care of? I am not happy with this service.

Lucian Brener did an excellent job.

I love the fact the car is washed and vacuumed after a service. However, I was not impressed with the time it took for an oil change - over an hour and a half. Also, upon walking into the service center for my appointment, I was not greeted and stood awkwardly at the front for a few minutes until someone finally acknowledged me. It's the small details like that that make a big difference.
