Debra Chafey (?) is a great service representative. As far as the service I just hope what they wrote down is correct as each time they say the brakes are getting worse which everyone tells me at 11,800 miles that is a little strange. I would say thanks for "washing the car" but it was a really bad wash job. Anyway, as long as Debra is there, I will keep coming back.

It was good. Had to wait on line to drop off car. Car was finished happen to see it parked up front when I was in the waiting area, not sure how long it would have been before someone would have let me know.

It was ok, however I was informed that my service contract for free oil changes for life of car was not valid at this dealership. I bought the car in CT and moved here to Atlanta. I was under the impression that it went wherever the car was, not just the dealership in CT because I would not have purchased the oil change policy!
