I had new tires put on several weeks ago and at that time my checklist indicated my brakes were all in good condition. Shortly after I began noticing a loud grinding noise when I braked. I thought it was something with the new tires that might go away with a little time. When it did not I made an appointment to bring it back in. The appointment was made about 10 days in advance so it wasn't short notice. I still had to wait over 2 hours just to be told both front and rear brakes needed replacement and that the rear were so bad they were metal to metal. Although the wait was long I was very pleased that my Service Advisor ( not who I dealt with upon arrival) Bruce Vernon was very apologetic and arranged for the repairs to be made at no charge.

Everyone was very helpful. Marty (our sales representative) was very knowledgeable about Hyundais and about the Sonata that we were purchasing. It was our son's first car purchase experience and Marty treated him very professionally, explaining all details of the Sonata. There was no pressure to purchase. He went over all aspects of the car, taking time to make sure he knew how to work all the accessories, etc. We have used Jim Ellis before and, with the continued solid professionalism of all staff, will continue to return.

Last Friday I went in thinking I had my appointment set for last Friday but it was for this Friday. I pulled in and they said it was going to be a moment our two, they checked out my car and said the wait time was going to be two hours. So I walked to the waiting room and ibnl in an hour and twenty minutes my car was ready. Now that's service!

Professional and courteous service! My service consultant, Mike Ennis, has always been accommodating and patiently explains to me what needs to be done to my vehicle for servicing. He reviewed with me what was done to my vehicle, and he ensured I was satisfied. He has been my service consultant since the first time I brought my vehicle to Jim Ellis Hyundai. I always look forward not talking to him. The dealership is set up nicely so that I can do work while my vehicle is being serviced.
