I recently purchased a 2017 Santa Fe. There were some major obstacles to overcome in finding the right vehicle. My sales person and sales manger jumped through hoops to get me the perfect vehicle. We almost gave up, but their dedication resulted in me driving home in my beautiful Santa Fe last night!

Very nice and attentive personnel. They described all the services that were to be provided and finished close to the estimated time.

I felt the service was a little long in duration for an oil change and tire rotation....approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. When checking out the agent apologized for the length of time taken....she indicated that they had a very difficult time loosening the lug nuts. I have always been satisfied with the service and was appreciative of her advising me of the difficulty experienced.

I can't recall a single time when I was there and not treated as though I was very important. Sam Patel arranged for my car to be unblemished (scratches and paint touch- ups). He didn't have to do that; he just did. And then there's Charley . She is terrific. After my accident, she'd call me (wow!) and Chechen on me. What a treasure you have in her. Obviously, my terrible accident let me see the way your company treats its customers.

I needed to get a new battery. They didn't have any appointments open but the took my car anyway and replaced my battery in a couple of hours!

Follow up was good once we connected. However, i was surprised at how long it took for my first email inquiry to get a response. You might want to improve your response time. I could have been snatched up by another dealer. Otherwise service and follow up was good. Very professional and responsive after we made our connection. Lucian did a good job of helping me with my many questions. Brianna has made several attempts to reach me after the sale. Overall, i would highly recommend your dealership. As evidenced by the fact i didnt purchase a car at my local dealer.
