Friendly, polite, Great customer relations, But, experience marred by attempts to upgrade sale using safety checklist. Was told I needed new brakes, when you installed new rear brakes 5 months prior, and I installed new front brakes 3 weeks ago, that I needed new wipers, when I replaced them 90 days ago, and that my battery was just OK, when it was replaced new 60 days ago. Notifying customers of needed maintenance is important and appreciated, but I felt this safety assessment was dishonest, or badly mistaken. Also, I needed two light bulbs. Was told labor was $60. Sorry, this is a ripoff. Then when I tried to buy a replacement bulb from your parts department, they didn't have the bulb?????? Give me a break, you didn't have a replacement light bulb for a taillight? Overall, you're doing everything right. It's just a shame that your attempts at add on sales plants the seed of doubt regarding the integrity of your advice.
