I have never had a better experience at an auto dealership than I have had at Jim Ellis Hyundai, both on the sales side and on the service side. My own brother was a Cadillac, Pontiac, Oldsmobile dealer back in the day, and even he didn't treat me like family the way Jim Ellis Hyundai does. For that, you've got a customer for life. Thanks. My experience is always great here. The staff is incredible. Bruce assisted me. He made sure all of my issues were addressed and kept me up to date with everything going on. While I was there, an employee named Charlie came over to check on my kids and I. She helped me carry all of my stuff out and even assisted in putting the baby in his car seat. I never have service anywhere close to this at other dealerships.

The process took way too long. It was over an hour and half for an oil change/tire rotation. If it was not part of my warranty, I would be going somewhere else just because i don't have that kind of time for an oil change.

After a bad experience last year - couldn't see eye to eye with the woman in charge of my service and wound up paying for things I felt should be under warranty - I went in solely for my free oil change this time and didn't plan to ever go back for more service. However, I finally asked to speak to a manager, who quickly refunded my incorrect charges and apologized for the incident. Everyone I dealt with this time (and every other time) was very pleasant and helpful. I will go back.
