I purchased my vehicle 5+ plus years ago at your dealership. With the exception of one (1) service visit (which is a whole other very bad experience) your sales and service experience has been superior; much to do with the interaction of your employees to us, the customers. OH MY – how that has changed. Your employees spend more time conversing with each other rather than the customer. My 10% discount (coupon) was not applied to my $500+ bill and did not realize it until I was home. Calling to get it corrected… well it did not happen. Doubtful I will ever return; your team is just not what it used to be. Note; I live in Marietta and have travelled as loyal customer to your location. Y’all have changed, and not in a good way.
