The woman who answered the phone when I called to inquire about options for my flat tire was not very helpful and rude. I usually have a great experience at Jim Ellis so I won't let this one instance bother me!

I have been servicing my car since purchase at Jim Ellis and continue to like the exceptional service I get there. I bring my car in for regular maintenance and they make sure no detail is left unchecked. Bruce is my service advisor and he is a great part of your exceptional team. He is honest and detail focused. On my recent service I complained about an oil leak, I was worried that it would be hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix, upon inspection he found it was the crush washer to the oil drain plug, a 98 cent fix included on each oil change, if he had told me it was a $200 part I would not have known the difference, Bruce's and the dealerships honesty is what'll keep me coming back.
