Good morning, I rate my service experience with Jim Ellis service yesterday as Excellent. Danon Henton, Service Advisor was great a handling all my concerns and more with my 2011 Elantra. He even recommend a part that needed to be replaced which am very happy he did. Mitch Mitchell, the shuttle driver was also Excellent he is always very good company and very courteous.
