It was long for oil change . But it was explained to me why I was waiting , which I appreciated. They checked the recall on the vehicle as well.

Everything was perfect

I had to get a tire replaced using the warranty. While I had to hang around the dealership for the whole day so they could fit me in, they were able to quickly repair the tire and get me out of there in time to pick up the kids. The waiting area is very comfortable with lots of different seating arrangements. I was able to work there for the day just as easily as I could in the office. At checkout, all they needed was 2 signatures and I was out the door. Great experience!
