When I purchased my 2017 Elantra, I appreciated the professionalism of the sales representative and business manager. They presented themselves as knowledgeable but not pushy.

Very helpful, even though I live 500 Miles away in Chicago.

I arrived at 8:25 for my 8:30 appointment to do the 30,000 mile servicing on our 2014 Genesis. I inquired about how long it would take to perform the serving both on the phone when scheduling and when I arrived, and both times I was told about 2 1/2 hours. Peter did offer to take me to Enterprise if I didn't want to wait but based on the time estimate I chose to wait. I left the dealership at 12:35 pm and it would have taken longer had I allowed them to do the complimentary car wash. Four hours to perform at 30K without the wash is either poor scheduling or no one overseeing what is going on in the shop, or may be both. No communication whatsoever by my service adviser as to the status of the car and me seeking him out at 11:30 to find out it is not ready is poor customer service. TV's in the waiting area and TV room were not working while I was there. I would have given a much lower score had the service I received during previous visits not been much better!

This is the second car purchase that I have been involved with at this dealership this year. Our salesman, Sam (both purchases), the finance guys, Mark, etc., are just really amazing. They did everything they said they would do and made it a very pleasant experience. I never felt like they were trying to "sell" me or pressure me. They make this long, tiring experience pleasant.
