Dan Ofosu was wonderful. No high pressure sales. Very courteous and helpful. Was a very pleasant car transaction. Have not purchased a car in ten years and was not looking forward to doing so. Dan was great and I feel like a bought a quality car at a good price.

Other than being so busy with traffic that makes it difficult to enter and leave the service area - Hyundai Service Dept is one of the best in the business. Mike is usually my advisor and he is awesome - he makes sure everyone is served as quickly as possible which he did again during this visit. Peter who assisted me this visit is competent and courteous. The person who always blows me away is Huan. He assisted me 5 years ago when I was sent to Hyundai by Jimmy after a defective car experience at your Volkswagen dealership. He bent over backwards then to assist me with getting a Genesis while I waited on my refund from VW - he still recognizes me and goes out of his way to speak to me when he sees me. That is extraordinary! The salesmen who get a commission off your purchase usually don't remember you 5 years later. This kind of service is reflective of upper management so Kudos to Jimmy and Wesley!
