The overall experience was great. Professional and the customer service was great, very friendly. It just took a little too long to see the financial services to sign for the vehicle. My salesman Marcus was great & very knowledgeable I would definitely send a friend or family to see him.

Scheduled work was completed as described at a good price; albeit, completion of work took longer than expected.

Service is VERY slow, appointments seem to e overbooked. Getting a seat in the waiting are can be difficult. to top it off the entire area is jammed you guys need lots more space

Almost everything was handled very well. I was provided answers to all my questions and detailed explanation for the whole service. Only 2 problems- 1. Some issue with the computer system made the rental car reservation bit of a hassle. Not really a complaint, but just something you should know. Finally I was provided a loaner vehicle. 2. I had requested that I be provided with the brake pads that were being replaced, but despite a reminder I did not receive them. Makes me wonder why.
